The following provides answers to some of the frequently asked questions.

Our dispatch office is open Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 8:00pm; Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00am to 8:00pm. Our vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency or require immediate assistance after business hours our service will give you an emergency number to call.
As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, church and reception location it is a good idea to book your limousine. Our Bentley is booked for the wedding season very early on so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information
Prom season is very short and there is usually more than one school having a prom on the same weekend so as soon as you know the date of your prom you will want to book your limousine. Limousines for proms are historically completely booked by the beginning of March.
Cash is always accepted; however we do need to have a credit card on file to hold a reservation.
Simply call our office with a credit card number or fill out the online reservation form to have a reservation specialist contact you. Reservations require a deposit to hold the vehicle, the deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If you would like to pay by check we still need a credit card number to hold your reservation. All payments must be received 10 days prior to your event.
Limousines are rated by the number of passengers they are allowed to hold. A2Z Limousine has sedans (2-3 passengers), stretch limousines (up to 6 passengers), super stretch limousines (up to 14 passengers), SUV's (up to 6 people), passenger vans (up to 14 people), super stretch SUV's (up to 14-26 passengers),mini buses (22-32 passengers) and motorcoaches (32-60 passengers). For the best comfort for your event you should subtract 2 from the above numbers (except for sedans). If you are booking airport transportation, please be aware of the amount of luggage your party has, if you have 8 people going to DFW airport with a lot of luggage you would want to consider using the 14 passenger SUV or our 14 passenger van for the most comfort.
There is a three hour minimum in most cases such as nights out on the town and weddings. There is a six hour minimum during the heavy travel seasons, (proms, holidays and special events). There are exceptions for airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor the trip to your needs.
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Card. Checks with prior approval only. We reserve the right to deny anyone service who cannot provide the proper identification at the time of payment.
Normal reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of pick-up will be refunded the schedule fee. The full fare will be charged for cancellations where the 72 hour notice was not given for normal reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged full fare.
